Northlight Platinum Support

Annual Northlight Platinum support agreement providing:

  • Hardware: Diagnosis, advanced parts replacement, and repair of FilmLight-supplied hardware systems. Engineering repairs, including travel and expenses, are covered. Preventative maintenance and installation of hardware design improvements performed during on-site visits.
  • Software: Support via email, telephone and remote diagnosis of FilmLight-supplied operating system and Northlight host application software. Provision of bug fix point releases as available or required.
  • Features: Provision of new Software Feature Version Upgrades (but excluding any optional additional hardware necessary for the new features).

Baselight Platinum Support

Annual Baselight Platinum support agreement providing:

  • Hardware: Diagnosis, advanced parts replacement, and repair of FilmLight-supplied hardware systems. On-site engineering assistance is available at FilmLight's discretion. Engineering repairs, including travel and expenses, are covered.
  • Software: Support via email, telephone and remote diagnosis of FilmLight-supplied operating system and Baselight application software. Provision of bug fix point releases as available or required.
  • Features: Provision of new Software Feature Version Upgrades (but excluding any optional additional hardware necessary for the new features).

Baselight Gold Support

Annual Baselight Gold support agreement providing:

  • Software: Support via email, telephone and remote diagnosis of FilmLight-supplied operating system and Baselight application software. Provision of bug fix point releases as available or required.
  • Features: Provision of new Software Feature Version Upgrades (but excluding any optional additional hardware necessary for the new features).

Note: There is no Hardware support provision in this package.
