Colourist Sylvain Canaux will share his international journey, from his approach to grading to the practical realities of today’s workflows.

Drawing on projects such as The Cercle Odyssey and luxury brand campaigns for L’Oréal, Chanel and Hermès, he’ll cover:

• The colour workflow, then and now: from telecine to ACES, FilmLight’s T-CAM, and Chromogen’s look development tools
• Creating engaging looks & beauty work: texture AI VFX generated image, spatial tools, and face tracking
• Working with Baselight’s X Grade

Based in Montreal, colourist Jérôme Cloutier will join the discussion, exploring Baselight through his core principles: efficiency, precision, and flexibility.
